We had an absolutely perfect experience with Kirsten and her lovely home. She was the consummate host-- kind, responsive, and informative. And clearly her home is well cared for-- it was perfectly stocked for families, with all amenities easy to find and plentiful. The layout is perfect for family gatherings, the yard is amazing for kids, and there are plenty of spacious bedrooms for guests to spread out. The location is walkable to beautiful Green Lake and central to the best Seattle has to offer. We can't wait to come back and visit!

We came with a group of 10 adults and four children and really enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious, very comfy, and had lots of amenities to cater to multiple families. Kristen was very responsive and even offered to get extra supplies for us before we arrived so that we were comfortable. The location is walking distance from the lake and nearby restaurants which made it easy to both make the most of the space, but also have things to do around.

This was an ideal venue for our multi-generational family gathering. There are plenty of comfortable places to relax. The rooftop deck and the backyard decks are perfect for gathering for morning coffee and evening cocktails. The home is beautifully constructed, nicely decorated and immaculately clean. Our grandson loved all the toys and the backyard playground! Kirsten was a wonderful host. She was very responsive to our questions and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay in Seattle.

Kirsten home is absolutely beautiful! The pictures don’t do it justice! The location is amazing, 5 min walk to a beautiful lake and lots of cafe’s and restaurants. Close to everything you may want to do in Seattle. Kristen’s home is full of special touches, like beautiful dishes, fully stocked kitchen, a gorgeous backyard, really comfortable bedding and much more! We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend to anyone planning a trip to Seattle!

Our family of 5 really enjoyed staying in this house. We visit CB several times a year, it’s our favorite vacation spot. The house description was perfect. It has an open layout so we could all spend time together easily. The hot tub was our favorite spot since the weather was cooler than usual this time of year. This house is nestled in a very quiet neighborhood, just minutes from the heart of town. We ran into a few issues during our stay, Kirsten was quick to respond and quick to take action...

Staying at Kirstins place felt like being at home. It was beautiful and a perfect place if you have kids. My granddaughter loved the play house/swing set in the backyard and the little playroom on the main level was an added bonus as i didn’t have to bring toys. There were a couple little hiccups but Kirstin was very responsive and quick to get them handled. We highly recommend her house is you’re planning a visit to Seattle.

Kirsten Evangelista
Founder & CEO
Kirsten is an experienced Airbnb Superhost with a passion for helping property owners maximize the potential of their short-term rental properties. She is dedicated to supporting clients in achieving their goals by streamlining operations and enhancing guest experiences.
After launching her own Airbnb property in Seattle, Kirsten discovered her enthusiasm for both delivering exceptional guest experiences and managing the strategic operations necessary for running a successful short-term rental business. This led her to establish Summit Stays, a company designed to assist property owners in reaching their goals while minimizing operational challenges.
Originally from Woodstock, IL, Kirsten earned her degree from Northern Illinois University before moving to Chicago to pursue a master's degree in industrial/organizational psychology. It was during this time that she met her future husband, Jay. After six months of marriage, they relocated to Seattle, where Kirsten worked in human resources for several large corporations. However, she soon realized her true calling as a servant leader, which inspired her to transition to entrepreneurship. Her passion for helping others manage and grow their short-term rental businesses led to the creation of Summit Stays.
Kirsten and her family recently relocated to Littleton, CO, where she continues to guide property owners in navigating the complexities of the short-term rental industry.
